I may be leaving Germany, but I am encouraging all of you to come
and visit so you can experience yourself the amazing sights, countryside and
history Germany has to offer. I have
lived in several areas of Germany and have traveled to many more. From the metropolitan
cities to the quaint villages, I have enjoyed them all. Some of my favorite
places that I recommend are areas that are close to where I have lived. These
include Trier, Bernkastel, and villages along the Mosel River. I also recommend
Garmisch for the mountains and beautiful countryside as well as Rothenburg to
experience a step back in time within the walled city. It’s never too late to
travel to Germany whether you are retired or not!!
