It’s
summer break time and many teachers often wonder if students will maintain their skills over the
summer. Year after year, parents ask
what they should work on with their child over the summer, what to review,
what to focus on. Obviously, a teacher’s answer
is usually to read and play! Children learn through play! However, teachers usually provide a more structured review
program and I’m not any different. Here are some
resources for Kindergarten and Pre-K students to work on during the summer to keep them focused on reviewing skills. They are designed with both Pre-K,
kindergarten, and struggling first graders in mind, providing you with activities to
avoid the summer slide!

Also…. To
help with the purchasing of Independence Day resources for your classroom, a
team of teachers and I have grouped together to gift ONE awesome, lucky teacher
with a $250 TPT gift card!
