Anytime I think of a gift for a child, books always come to mind. Mother’s day is about spending time with your children. Why not spend it reading. You classroom kids could create special books for mothers day, or give a book to the special mother in their life. Read about the importance of Memorial Day or the significance of Cinco de mayo, and have fun learning about zoo animals with the books geared to grades K-2nd, yet, loved by all.
